The Bethany's Pantry x BOROUX "Clean Foundation" Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Bethany's Pantry, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 (the "Sponsor"), in cooperation with BOROUX (the "Partner"). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
1. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, the Partner, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each of the above are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on Monday, June 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
(a) Online Entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Sweepstakes landing page at bethanyspantry.com, complete the entry form with your email address, and check the boxes confirming your eligibility and agreement to receive marketing emails. Submission of the completed form constitutes one (1) entry.
(b) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE), No Purchase or Email Sign-Up Necessary. To enter without joining either marketing email list, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, date of birth, and the words "Clean Foundation Giveaway" on a plain 3x5 inch card and mail it in a stamped, hand-addressed envelope to: Bethany's Pantry, Attn: Clean Foundation Giveaway, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Monday, June 8, 2026 and received by Friday, June 12, 2026 to be eligible. Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate envelope. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or late entries will be disqualified.
4. Entry Limit
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person, email address, or postal address will be disqualified. Use of any automated entry system, bot, script, or other device to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package (the "Prize"):
- One (1) BOROUX water filter system of the winner's choice (either the BOROUX Legacy or the BOROUX Legacy Compact), including two (2) BOROUX Foundation Filters. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): up to $399 USD.
- One (1) of each currently available product in the Bethany's Pantry lineup, including Digestive Support Protein in Vanilla, Cocoa, and Strawberry; Digestive Support L-Glutamine; Plant Protein Bake; and Toasted Coconut Butter. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): approximately $220 USD.
Total Approximate Retail Value of the Prize: approximately $619 USD.
The Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by the Sponsor. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The winner is responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, shipping fees beyond the standard shipping covered by the Sponsor, and any other costs or expenses associated with the acceptance or use of the Prize.
6. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative within forty-eight (48) hours after the close of the Sweepstakes Period (on or before Wednesday, June 10, 2026).
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram direct message at the email address and/or Instagram handle provided in their entry. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt to claim the Prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the required time period, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in the Sponsor's sole discretion from the remaining eligible entries.
The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of receipt in order to claim the Prize. Failure to return the required documentation within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, the winner consents to the use of their first name, last initial, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, and Instagram handle by the Sponsor and the Partner for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, compensation, review, or approval.
9. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if any factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor. In the event of cancellation or termination, the Sponsor reserves the right to select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action taken.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, the Partner, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes, the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, or any travel or activity related to the Sweepstakes or the Prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, garbled, or undelivered entries or mail; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the Sweepstakes; (c) any injury or damage to entrants' or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes; (d) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes; or (e) any combination of the above.
11. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any other damages other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants, the Sponsor, or the Partner in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at bethanyspantry.com, and the Partner's Privacy Policy, available at boroux.com. By entering, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that their email address will be added to the marketing email lists of both the Sponsor and the Partner (if the entrant has so consented via the online entry form) and that the entrant may unsubscribe from either list at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email.
13. Winner's List
To receive the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Bethany's Pantry, Attn: Clean Foundation Giveaway Winner List, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Requests must be received by August 8, 2026.
14. Not Affiliated with Instagram or Meta
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform. Entrants understand that they are providing information to the Sponsor and the Partner and not to Instagram or Meta.
