Returns & Refunds

The 30-Day Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition/original packaging as received.

Exceptions (Food & Supplements): > * Taste & Preference: Due to food safety regulations (CGMP), we cannot accept returns or provide refunds based on taste preferences or subjective results once a product has been opened.

  • Defects: We stand behind our quality. If your product arrives with a broken safety seal or manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.

Refund Process: > Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear.

Shipping: > You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping (if a label was provided by us) will be deducted from your total.

Returns & Refunds for Curated Pantry Products

Bethany's Pantry sells select third-party products through our Curated Pantry collection. These products are manufactured, packaged, and fulfilled by their respective brand partners.

Returns and refunds for Curated Pantry products are subject to the original manufacturer's refund policy, which may differ from Bethany's Pantry's standard return policy. If you experience an issue with a Curated Pantry product — including damage, defects, or dissatisfaction — please contact our customer support team at bethany@bethanyspantry.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Our team will coordinate directly with the brand partner on your behalf to arrange a refund or replacement in accordance with their policy. You will not need to contact the vendor yourself.

Please note that perishable items, including refrigerated products, may not be eligible for return due to food safety requirements. In the event of a quality issue with a perishable product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with the brand partner to resolve the issue.

Refund timelines for Curated Pantry products may vary depending on the brand partner's processing times. Our team will keep you informed throughout the process.
