Delivery Within the United States
Orders that include non-Bethany's Pantry products will often be fulfilled separately and incur a separate shipping charge.

Free Shipping: Available on:
- All one-time orders $70.00 and above
- All subscription orders $70.00 and above
- Standard Shipping: $8.95 for orders under $70.00
- Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days
The $70 free shipping threshold is calculated based on the subtotal of Bethany’s Pantry branded items only. Third-party products from The Curated Pantry do not contribute to this threshold and are subject to independent shipping rates.
Alaska & Hawaii
- Standard Shipping: $25.00 per order
- Free shipping is not available for these states
- Delivery times may vary by location
Shipping to Canada
We do not currently offer shipping to Canada.
Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouses in Denver, Colorado and Rockaway, New Jersey
- Tracking numbers are provided within 1-2 business days of placing your order
- Orders placed Friday or over the weekend receive tracking numbers on the second following business day
- Standard shipping duration: 3-7 business days once shipped

Shipping for "The Curated Pantry" (Third-Party Products)
Bethany’s Pantry is proud to offer a selection of third-party products through our Curated Pantry collection. Because these items are sourced from partner brands, they are subject to different shipping procedures than Bethany’s Pantry branded products.
Separate Shipments: If your order contains both Bethany’s Pantry products and Curated Pantry items, your order will arrive in multiple shipments. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package as they ship from different warehouse locations.
Fulfillment Timelines: While we aim for consistency, delivery timelines for Curated Pantry items are determined by the individual manufacturer or their fulfillment partners and may differ from our standard shipping windows.
Free Shipping Eligibility: Please note that our "Free Shipping on orders over $70" promotion currently applies only to Bethany’s Pantry branded products. Curated Pantry items may incur separate shipping fees regardless of the total order value.
Perishable & Restricted Items: Certain items (such as The Coconut Cult yogurt) require specialized cold-chain shipping or expedited delivery to maintain safety and quality. These items may have specific geographic restrictions and are not eligible for standard ground shipping rates.
