At Bethany’s Pantry, our goal is to help you maintain a consistent, gut-loving routine without the stress of manual reordering. Our subscription service is designed for maximum flexibility, giving you total control over your health journey.

1. Subscription Overview & Tiered Benefits

By choosing a subscription, you unlock preferred tiered pricing on every recurring order. Our subscription model is designed to reward your commitment to a healthy lifestyle: the more units you include in your recurring delivery, the greater the per-unit savings you receive.

Your specific savings rate and discount tier will be clearly displayed in your cart at the time of checkout and will remain applied to all subsequent renewals for those specific items.

2. Billing & Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency and volume-based discount rate selected at the time of your initial purchase. Your payment method on file will be charged the applicable discounted price, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees, until you choose to pause or cancel.

• Payment Timing: Charges occur on the same day of the month as your initial order (or the closest business day).

• Price Transparency: If a base product price changes, you will be notified via email at least 3 days before your next charge.
  
  

3. Managing Your Subscription

You are in the driver's seat. Through your Customer Portal, you can manage your wellness routine with ease:

• Skip a Shipment: If you have extra product, simply skip your next scheduled delivery.

• Change Frequency: Adjust how often your products arrive (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days).

• Swap Products: Try a new flavor of Digestive Support Protein or swap items easily.

• Update Information: Manage your shipping address or payment methods at any time.
  
  

4. Cancellation Policy

We believe in total transparency. You can cancel your subscription at any time at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge to avoid being billed for the next cycle.

• How to Cancel: 1. Log in to your account at account.bethanyspantry.com. 2. Click on [Subscriptions]. 3. Locate your active subscription and click [Manage]. 4. Select [Cancel Subscription].

• Post-Charge Cancellations: Cancellations made after a charge has been processed will apply to the following scheduled delivery.
  
  

5. Refunds & Returns

Standard returns apply to subscription orders. Please refer to our [Return Policy] for details on returning unopened products. Please note that "forgetting to cancel" before a renewal charge is processed does not automatically qualify for a refund once the order has entered the fulfillment stage.
