I definitely give it a 5 for texture. Usually my smoothies come out clumpy, but this one was definitely smooth. I may need to add more frozen strawberries next time cause strawberry flavor is not coming through as strong as I like. Definitely gonna try the cotton candy smoothie next.

I am OBSESSED! I haven’t been able to eat pancakes in ages and now VOILA! They are like crepes honestly! So yummy and doesn’t make me bloat—pictured with coconut cult yogurt, vanilla infused 4G ghee :) I use two scoops of powder, 2 eggs, and about 2-3 tablespoons of water to make them!

As someone who struggles with leaky gut, SIBO, and chronic bloating, finding foods that actually make me feel good can seem impossible at times - ESPECIALLY when it comes to protein powder. I’ve tried endless protein powder brands that always guarantee a “no bloat” formula, but in the end I’m left bloated and in digestive discomfort. Reading about Bethany’s struggle and healing journey with IBS gave me the courage to try out her protein powder, because I thought, if she made it after all she’s been through, it must be good! It’s more dense and thicker than the regular vanilla powder, so it takes more liquid to blend. Very delicious. I add gelatin, pre-mixed with warm water to my shake and it sets up as a moussey-pudding after chilling again before serving.

It is magic. It makes me feel so good. My tummy feels great after my smoothies. This is better than some “popular” ones I see most influencers pushing as of late. The ingredients are 100% CLEAN compared to brands like just ingredients, flav city, paleo valley, etc. I’m over the stevia & monk fruits in all the other protein powders. I’ve had them all & they don’t compare to lil sippers 2 protein powders. #truth
