1 cup butternut squash puree (sweet potato or pumpkin puree also works) *measure after pureeing

½ cup Bethany's Protein Bake

½ cup unsweetened red cocoa powder

Chocolate chips (optional, for topping)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a small baking dish or cupcake tin.
In a mixing bowl, combine the butternut squash puree, Plant Protein Bake, and cocoa powder. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
Transfer the batter into your prepared pan and press down firmly. The batter does not rise, so fill to your desired height.
Add chocolate chips on top if using.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Allow to cool before slicing into 6 servings. Enjoy as a guilt-free chocolate treat.
