This High Protein Strawberries n’ Cream Cup is thick, creamy, layered, and finished with a crisp chocolate “magic shell” topping. It delivers 43 grams of protein per serving while staying low carb, gluten-free, grain-free, and free from refined sugar.
It’s made with Bethany’s Pantry Digestive Support Protein – Strawberry, which naturally thickens the yogurt into a frosting-like texture — no gums, fillers, or artificial ingredients required.
Best part? It comes together in minutes.
Ingredients
-
¾ cup Greek yogurt
-
2 tsp pitaya (dragon fruit) powder
-
1 scoop Bethany’s Pantry Digestive Support Protein – Strawberry
(essential for thickening; this protein absorbs more liquid than standard powders)
-
3 Tbsp unsweetened chocolate, melted (for coating)
Directions
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, pitaya powder, and Digestive Support Protein – Strawberry until smooth.
Line a bowl with 2–3 clean paper towels and spoon the mixture into the center.
Gather the paper towels to form a ball and place back into the bowl.
Refrigerate overnight to allow excess whey to strain out.
The next day, remove the yogurt ball from the paper towels and gently reshape if needed.
Melt the chocolate and pour over the yogurt ball to coat.
Refrigerate for 1–2 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
Slice and enjoy chilled.

Recipe Note
Protein matters: This recipe relies on Bethany’s Pantry Digestive Support
Protein – Strawberry for both texture and protein content. Other protein powders will not absorb liquid the same way.
Lactose note: Straining removes much of the whey, making this lower in lactose than regular yogurt.
Chocolate coating: Use unsweetened chocolate for the lowest sugar option.
Storage: Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
