Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and Greek yogurt until smooth and no lumps remain.
Add the protein bake and continue whisking until the batter is very smooth and fully combined. Optional: Add vanilla extract, honey, or lemon zest if using.
