These Pear Browniesare fudgy, naturally sweet, and made with only 3 ingredients. They’reegg-free, dairy-free, nut-free, seed-free, grain-free, gluten-free, and have no added sugar—making them safe and gentle on sensitive stomachs. Thanks to pears’ natural sorbitol and Bethany’s PantryDigestive Support Protein – Cocoa, these brownies can even help support regularity and reduce bloating.
Ingredients

1 ½ cups ripe pear puree (about 2 medium ripe pears, blended until smooth)

½ cup Bethany’s Pantry Digestive Support Protein – Cocoa

½ cup unsweetened red cocoa powder (or regular cocoa powder)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Chop ripe pears and blend until smooth. Measure 1 ½ cups of puree
In a bowl, combine pear puree, Digestive Support Protein – Cocoa, and cocoa powder. Mix until a thick batter forms
Transfer into a lined baking dish and spread evenly
Bake for ~30 minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing
