This Frozen Hot Chocolate is thick, creamy, and tastes like a chocolate milkshake — but it’s made with clean, simple ingredients and is gentle on digestion.
If you struggle with dairy, silken tofu is a great alternative to Greek yogurt. It has a similar creamy texture, is very low in carbs, and absorbs flavor beautifully — making it perfect for high-protein desserts and smoothies.
