These 3-Ingredient Low Carb Waffles are thick, fluffy, and incredibly satisfying - without traditional flour, grains, or added sugar. The entire recipe delivers 50 grams of protein and only 3 grams of carbohydrates, making it perfect for low-carb, keto-leaning, or high-protein lifestyles.
Made with Bethany’s Pantry Protein Bake as a flour replacement, these waffles have a classic texture while staying gluten- and grain-free. They’re easy to customize with mix-ins or toppings, but just as good kept simple.

Batter

½ cup Greek yogurt

⅓ cup Bethany’s Pantry Protein Bake (low-carb, gluten- and grain-free flour replacement)

Directions
In a bowl, mix eggs, Greek yogurt, and Protein Bake until smooth and well combined.
Stir in any optional mix-ins if using, or leave the batter plain for a classic waffle.
Preheat waffle maker and lightly grease with olive oil or preferred cooking spray.
Pour batter into waffle maker and cook for about 8 minutes, or until fully set and golden (follow your waffle maker’s indicator light).
Remove and serve immediately with desired toppings.
