A single-serve strawberry shortcake with 40g of protein and just 3 ingredients: cottage cheese, an egg, and Bethany's Pantry Strawberry Digestive Support Protein. Ingredients

1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
2 scoops Bethany's Pantry Strawberry Digestive Support Protein

Warmed strawberries
Zero sugar, zero carb whipped cream (or organic cream whipped in a charger to avoid gums and additives)

Chocolate chips (Bethany recommends enjoying it without, but you can add them if you like)
Directions
1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a ramekin
dish.
2.Add the cottage cheese, egg, and 2 scoops of Strawberry
Digestive Support Protein to a small blender. Blend until completely smooth.
3.Pour the mixture into the greased ramekin.
4.Bake for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick
inserted in the center comes out clean. Baking time will vary depending on the
size and depth of your ramekin.
5.Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
6.Top with warmed strawberries and whipped cream. Enjoy
warm.
